Getting a Passport

The Passport, Immigration and Citizenship Agency (PICA) of Jamaica, WI will be visiting Hartford, CT October 8 – 10, 2021.   This event is called Access Jamaica and is an outreach program that is specifically developed to service the members of the Jamaica Community (Diaspora) living overseas.  PICA is the government Agency responsible for the delivery of passport, immigration and citizenship services to Jamaicans internationally.  Services that will be offered in Hartford during this visit are:

  • Passport – new applications, renewal or lost or stolen passport reviews

  • Citizenship – Applications for the following categories:  Descent  or Marriage

  • Immigration – Unconditional landing.

Other government agencies that may participate in this visit are Registrar General’s Department (RGD) and Administrator General’s Department (AGD).
